Organic ingredients: Nettle leaf*, Rose petals (*Regenerative organic)

Long story short, this is our “special-tea” for a good reason. It is the blend that created our business. This is not your typical tea. It is an infusion, which means that the herbs steep for a few hours. This process helps to extract so many nutrients which make-up a multi-vitamin, except all naturally. This blend is great for the little ones, too.

Nettle leaf is a powerhouse of vitamins (including A, B, C, D, E) and minerals including iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium, riboflavin, niacin, chlorophyll, trace minerals, and fiber. It is also dense in protein and amino acids (40% of the plant) making it the most nutritious green leafy plant available. These rich nutrients may help to nourish our body similar to our modern day multi-vitamin. This herb also may support with the following: pre/post pregnancy, inflammation in the digestive tract, nutrient absorption, quicker recovery during/post illness, natural alternative for caffeine, seasonal allergy symptoms, help with food cravings, and the list can go on…all naturally.

Rose adds a floral touch to this soft-earthy blend. On a physical level, Rose is rich in antioxidants, may support the nervous system, skin health/anti-aging, and heart ailments (like blood pressure and cardiovascular disease) . Energetically, Rose is known as the the master healer of the heart and may help with soothing and softening the heart, especially during times of high stress or grief. When we come back to the heart, the nervous system (i.e. our stress) can relax. This calm space is important for overall well-being and more peace (and healing) to be available to us.

Note: When working with herbal medicine, it is best to test a formula daily for at least 2 weeks as our bodies may need time to re-calibrate before results may happen.

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Fill a 16 oz. glass jar with 1/4 cup of blend and hot (gently boiled) filtered water. Steep covered for 6-8 hours. Strain and sip mindfully throughout the day (in between meals).

Please note: Our recommendation is to start with 1/4 cup of the blend and give the body time to adjust to this plant medicine. Based on personal preference, increase the quantity used up to ½ to 3/4 of a cup. The more herbs used, the more potent the infusion.

Ama’s tip: To make this infusion, you will need a jar with a lid and a strainer. Our toxic-free and Earth-conscious recommendations are to buy a glass jar with a stainless steel lid (we recommend mason jars) and stainless steel strainers.

Store in a cool, dark place.

Please recycle bag with label and compost herbs.
